Volodymyr Lytvyn, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine expressed for the Necessity to Introduce the Specification into the Power System Organization that would make Fighting between Its Branches Impossible.
Asked by the journalists of "RIA Novosti" informational agency on Tuesday regarding the necessity of the political or administrative reform in Ukraine, the federative one, for example, V. Lytvyn declared that "first of all Ukraine needs normal life." He explained that "Ukraine does not need political reform but demands coordination between the power branches." V. Lytvyn added that usually the word ‘reform´ is used by people who does not want or know what to do.
V. Lytvyn also stated that the federalism principle is unacceptable for Ukraine at the present stage of development and the politicians discussion this issue are interested in the split country scenario. The Head of the Parliament expressed thought that it is necessary to provide in Ukraine "unitary principle of the state with power decentralization."
